The following is a statement of our policy and practices respecting the online collection of personal information from visitors to the site and its retention and use.

Road Recovery collects on that personal information that visitors to the site voluntarily give us. Such information is used by Road Recovery solely for the purpose of sending newsletters, announcements, solicitations of contributions and other information concerning the activities of Road Recovery. Anyone wishing to have their personal information deleted from our database may simply request deletion by sending us an email requesting deletion under the Contact Us function on the home page. All email communications through our emailing list contain a link to automatically opt out of receiving emails. Road Recovery does not attempt to track individuals in any manner and Road Recovery does not link the web information to any other databases with the purpose of identifying individual website users.

The database described above and the information is kept strictly confidential by Road Recovery and is never sold, rented, shared or otherwise disclosed to any third party for any purpose whatsoever unless disclosure is required by applicable law or by a valid subpoena. In order to prevent unauthorized access and protect our users’ personal information, Road Recovery strives to maintain physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to secure the information we collect online. For example, email sign-up and contributions are processed using a secure server and signed certificates. Road Recovery uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. When visiting links to other sites, Road Recovery encourages you to review the privacy policies and statements of each site you visit.

To better communicate with our public and constituents, Road Recovery maintains a Facebook page, Instagram account, Twitter account, as well as a YouTube account and LinkedIn. Road Recovery invites you to connect with us through these forms of social media; however, please note that in so doing, you are responsible for any interactions with other individuals on these sites and are subject to the privacy practices of each respective site. Road Recovery reserves the right to monitor, and if necessary, delete and/or report any posts considered offensive, and to block or report any individuals who may be misusing Road Recovery’s social media platforms.
