Anyone wishing to have their personal information deleted from our database may simply request deletion by sending us an email requesting deletion under the Contact Us function on the home page. All email communications through our emailing list contain a link to automatically opt out of receiving emails. Road Recovery does not attempt to track individuals in any manner and Road Recovery does not link the web information to any other databases with the purpose of identifying individual website users.

The database described above and the information is kept strictly confidential by Road Recovery and is never sold, rented, shared or otherwise disclosed to any third party for any purpose whatsoever unless disclosure is required by applicable law or by a valid subpoena. In order to prevent unauthorized access and protect our users’ personal information, Road Recovery strives to maintain physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to secure the information we collect online.
